Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest-independent owners and operators of towers for wireless operators in Indonesia. Its core business is leasing space at its multi-tenant towers for all major wireless operators in Indonesia under long-term lease agreements. Rated as one of Indonesia’s leading companies, our client is seeking an economics and business professional to fill the job of Account Manager, to be based in Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential new business opportunities
  • Agenda of the corporate plan with other telecom companies, both in terms of business and technical
  • Negotiate business and forge cooperation with telecommunications operators
  • Resolve domestic and international co-operation agreements
  • Resolve issues that occur regarding interconnection and leased-lines
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as required
Requirements:
  • Female
  • Min GPA of 3.00
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
  • Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong analytical and high-impact leadership
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Fluent English, both oral and written
  • Computer literacy
