Assistant Manager HRD
Jawa Timur

Requirements:

• Male, age 40 years old max.
• Bachelor Degree of Law, Psychology or Management
• 3 – 5 years experience in same position or equivalent.
• Good understanding of HR System & procedures, performance management system, manpower regulation, and recruitment.
• Experience in managing employee training & development.
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership, problem solving and decision.
• Good Command in English both Written and Oral.
• Live around East Java.
