IT HELPDESK / SUPPORT
Bali, Jakarta Raya, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Lampung, Papua, Papua Barat, Riau, Sumatera Selatan, Sumatera Utara

Requirements:

  • Minimal Diploma in Information Technology, preferable from reputable university
  • Minimal 1 years experience in similar field
  • Fluently Speaking and Reading English
  • Knowledge able in Windows 98 / 2000 / XP, server, TCP/IP and LAN
  • Have an Excellent communication skill
  • Preferable Have Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Server Engineer
  • Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
  • Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (for Supervisor Level)
