Because of its quick expanding business, PT. Eastern Logistics is looking for professional individual to join its successful organization to fulfill challenging position as:

Recruitment & Industrial Relation Supervisor (code : R-IR Spv)
Jawa Timur - Paciran, Lamongan

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and staffing
• Provide new employees with all necessary matter (e.g. Medical Check Up, induction, Personal Protection Equipment/PPE, etc)
• Assist employment matter (e.g. working agreement/contract , assignment, movement, promotion, warning letter, dismissal, etc)
• Update about government regulation accordance to manpower

Requirements:

• Male / female, max. 40 years old
• Minimum Diploma 3, Psychology or Law is more preferable
• 2 years experience in recruitment and industrial relation area
• English proficiency
• Computer literate (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Office, Internet)
• Applicants must be willing to work in Lamongan.
• Full-Time positions available
